Telecommunications companies say no extension exists for the National Identity Number and Subscribers Identification Module linkage deadline. Ten unlicensed forex operators, or Bureau de Change, have been taken into custody by Edo State Police Command agents. Funsho Adeboye, the command's commissioner of police, revealed this to reporters on Thursday in Benin City. He said, "We apprehended ten forex hawkers, or individuals who engage in the illicit trade of foreign currencies. They have been exposed for engaging in illicit foreign exchange transactions.
